Terms & Conditions — Coloroo

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Coloroo: Cute Kawaii Coloring (“Coloroo”, “Application”, “app”), a mobile application provided by Yellow Whale Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Service Provider”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you are under the age of legal consent in your country or region, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Use of the App

Coloroo provides digital coloring pages, coloring tools, saved progress, optional account features, optional premium content, and advertising-supported features. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform policies.

Children and Parent Supervision

Coloroo is designed to be child-friendly, but parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the app. Certain actions, such as opening external links, using account features, restoring purchases, or subscribing to premium content, may require adult involvement or a parent gate inside the app.

Children should not attempt to make purchases, create accounts, or contact support without parent or guardian permission.

Accounts and Google Sign-In

The app may offer optional Google Sign-In. Basic app access may be available without signing in. If you sign in, Google and Firebase may provide us with basic account information such as email address, display name, profile photo, and user ID so that we can support account-related features.

You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure. If a child uses your device, you are responsible for any activity performed through the app.

Subscriptions, Premium Content, and Payments

Coloroo may offer optional premium content through auto-renewing subscriptions handled by Google Play. Prices, billing period, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase in Google Play or the app paywall.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. Payment processing is handled by Google Play, and purchase status may be verified using RevenueCat.

Premium access may include subscriber-only coloring pages, premium books, or other features. We may add, change, or remove premium content over time while continuing to provide a reasonable premium experience.

Advertising

Coloroo may display ads through Google AdMob. For a child-friendly experience, we aim to configure ads using child-directed or under-age-of-consent settings where supported. We do not encourage children to click ads. Parents and guardians should supervise use of the app.

Artwork and User Content

You may create or save coloring artwork in the app. You retain any rights you have in your own coloring activity, but you may not claim ownership over the app, source images, coloring page designs, brand assets, characters, interface, or other materials provided by us or our licensors.

You agree not to upload, create, or use the app to store content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

The app, brand, interface, artwork, source code, designs, logos, characters, text, and other content are owned by Yellow Whale Labs or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as permitted by applicable law.

The app may use third-party services with their own terms and policies, including:

External Links and Parent Gate

The app may include links to privacy, terms, account deletion, support, subscription management, or other external resources. These links may open outside the app. Parents and guardians should supervise children when external links are accessed.

Device, Internet, and Data Charges

Some features require an internet connection. Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge for data usage. We are not responsible for connectivity issues, device limitations, carrier charges, roaming fees, or failure to keep your device charged or updated.

App Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, compatible with every device, or free from errors. You agree to install updates where required to continue using the app.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of account-related data through our Delete Account page. Deletion may remove saved artwork, progress, preferences, and account information stored by us. Some purchase, tax, security, or legal records may be retained as required by law or platform rules.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellow Whale Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated, if required by law or platform rules, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
