This action is permanent once completed.

Deleting your Coloroo account may remove account information, saved artwork, coloring progress, preferences, and app data stored by us. Some records, such as Google Play purchase records or legal/tax records, may be retained where required by law or platform rules.

How to Request Account Deletion

Coloroo currently supports account deletion by email request. A parent, guardian, or account holder can use this page to request deletion of account-related data associated with Coloroo.

Send us an email
Email info@yellowwhale.ventures with the subject line “Coloroo — Delete My Account”.

Include account details
Include the email address used for Google Sign-In, your app account email, or any information that helps us locate the account. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive documents unless we specifically request verification.

We verify the request
We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm that the request comes from the account holder or a parent/guardian with authority to make the request.

Deletion is processed
After verification, we aim to respond within 7 business days and complete deletion of eligible account-related data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, platform rules, fraud prevention, security, or billing obligations.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, you must cancel the subscription through Google Play:

Parent or Guardian Requests

If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of a child’s account-related data, please mention this in your email. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request.
